EXHIBITION SPACE SELECTION

Exhibitors will set up their booths on November 14 and the tradeshow will be held on November 15-16, 2018. Lunches will take place in the exhibition area. All exhibition spaces will be awarded on a first come first served basis.

2 Day Packages

Two "2-Day Packages" with access to all the congress activities (except for the Gala Excellence) are included in a booth rental (10' x 10' / 3m x 3m). They include all time access to the Salon des exposants, the health breaks, the networking lunches, the 5 à 7 des exposants, conferences and workshops.

Reservation procedure:
  • Each selected exhibition space will be billed at the end of the form.
  • Only available spaces can be selected. Booths which cannot be selected are already reserved.
  • Once your space is selected, you have three (3) minutes to complete the form and payment. Once this delay expires, your booth space will be released.

If payment is made by credit card onlin on AO-Expo platform, it will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on your credit card statement. A confirmation notice will follow a few days after the transaction. If payment is made by cheque, an invoice will follow shortly with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice. All payments must be in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the total cost will be reimbursed for all cancellation written notice sent to Ms. Lynne Lagacé, AQPP (lagace@aqpp.qc.ca) before October 26, 2018. 

There will be no refund for cancellation sent after this date.
