Palais des congrès de Montréal
October 18-21, 2022
1. IDENTIFICATION
2. HOW CAN YOU HELP US?
3. Orientation session availability
We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience and this begins with providing you with the information you will need to feel confident in your role. It is therefore essential that you participate in one of these orientation sessions. If you are unable to, please contact Charlotte Blanchet at cblanchet@agoraopus3.com to discuss an alternative.
4. Your availabilities to volunteer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • If you select two or more consecutive/overlapping time slots, we will make sure that you have time for a meal and/or breaks.
  • Please consult the full congress schedule to make your session choices.
  • Remember that when you commit to 16 hours or more of volunteering, you can attend free of charge all sessions when you're not on duty.
5. VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

Agreement with VolunteersThe principle of this agreement is that a volunteer is invited to attend the conference at no charge in exchange of a minimum of 16 hours of volunteer time, between Tuesday Oct. 18 and Friday Oct. 21.

Please list the sessions you'd like to attend and we will try to accommodate your request (either by having you available to attend or monitor the session). And while we will try and accommodate everyone’s indicated preferences, we cannot guarantee we will be able to assign you to the session you have indicated. Priority will be given to :

  • those who give more than 16 hours
  • those who take on early hours (6:30 am - 9:00 am)

If there is one or more session(s) you absolutely do not want to miss, simply ensure that you provide us with 16 hours or more of availability in other timeslots than this specific session.

Volunteers cannot be remunerated, and the conference cannot cover the cost of transportation, parking or meals.  Beverages will be provided.
