Any registration received after October 25, 2021, 8AM, will be processed within three business hours.
You can register for any block at any time, all conferences will be recorded and made available to registered delegates, for a period of one month following the conference.

Your participation in at least one conference block gives you access to attend all the Recognition Awards blocks that will take place at the end of each conference block on October 25 and 27.

Your receipt will act as your certificate of attendance for your participation to the conference blocks.

Transactions by credit card will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on the credit card holder's statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is requested by cheque, an invoice will follow with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice, in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
Consents
Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850 or by email at aemq-inscription@agoraopus3.com.

Delegates who cancel on or before September 24, 2021 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be sent after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after September 24, 2021.

In case the Convention organization must cancel a conference block, the full registration fee for the conference block will be refunded after the Conference.

*Annual dues are non-refundable.
 
Personal data usage

By registering for Xplor 2021, I agree to receive emails regarding the use of the virtual platform to access the Xplor 2021 event and that my data be transmitted to the AEMQ. I also understand that a profile will be created for the event, and that the following data will be displayed in my virtual profile : first name, last name, title, company and email address.

By registering for Xplor 2021, I consent to receive electronic communications relating to the progress of the event and that information deemed necessary will be disclosed to the organizing committee when necessary.

I understand that the organization may take screenshots and make audio and video recordings that I will appear on during the event. The organization could use this material to:
rebroadcast on demand;
educational use;
upcoming activities and events;
promotional material such as printed and electronic materials, and;
website and social media platforms.

Before submitting your registration, be sure to read the information below regarding the use of virtual platforms.
1. The preferred browser for the platform is Google Chrome. The platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer nor Microsoft Edge, tablets and smartphones.

3. Viewing this event live (streaming) will consume approximately 1GB of internet data per hour.
