The rental of one (1) 10' X 8' booth (space only or turnkey) includes two (2) Exhibitor Badges.

The tradeshow will be held on October 21-22, 2020. Coffee breaks will take place within the tradeshow area. All booth locations will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
Reservation procedure:
  • Each selected booth space will be billed at the end of the form.
  • Only available booths can be selected. Booths which cannot be selected are already reserved.
  • Once your space is selected, you have three (3) minutes to complete the form and payment. Once this delay expires, your booth space will be released.

* Sharing the booth space is allowed under management approval, up to a maximum of two organizations. All organizations sharing their booth space must pay their QMEA membership.

QMEA MEMBERSHIP

Your booth reservation at Xplor 2020 includes a QMEA corporate membership. Please fill the titular member's information:

If payment is made by credit card, it will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on your credit card statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is made by cheque, an invoice will follow shortly with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice. All payments must be in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658 8850 or by email at aemq-exposition@agoraopus3.com. Registrations cancelled on or before June 19, 2020 will be refunded, less $200 CAD + tax administration fees. The refund will be processed after the convention. There will be no refund for any cancellation received after June 19, 2020

Please note that the corporate membership is not refundable. In case of cancellation of the booth reservation, the corporate membership will remain effective.
