The Xplor 2020 Convention is eligible for the Law that promotes the development and recognition of Workforce Skills, commonly known as the "1% Law".

Student

To benefit from the student discount (including doctorate and fellow), you must send proof of your full-time registration as a student for Fall 2020 or Winter 2021, such as a copy of your student ID or schedule, by email at aemq-inscription@agoraopus3.com.

Transactions by credit card will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on the credit card holder's statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is requested by cheque, an invoice will follow with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice, in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850 or by email at aemq-inscription@agoraopus3.com.

Delegates who cancel on or before September 21, 2020 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be sent after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after September 21, 2020.

In case the Convention organization must cancel a conference block, the full registration fee for the conference block will be refunded after the Conference.
