Transactions by credit card will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on the credit card holder's statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is requested by cheque, an invoice will follow with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice, in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delegates who cancel on or before March 31st, 2019 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be sent after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after March 31st, 2019.
In case the Convention organization must cancel a visit, all monies will be refunded after the conference.
Please note that tickets for the social activites are not refundable.
