Politique d'annulation
Les annulations doivent être reçues par écrit, soit par télécopieur au 418 658-8850 ou par courriel à iccre2019@agoraopus3.com. Les participants qui annuleront le ou avant le 18 juin 2019 recevront un remboursement moins les frais d'administration de 100 $ CAD. Le remboursement sera effectué après la conférence.
Dans l’éventualité où une demande de visa serait refusée par le Gouvernement du Canada, le participant se verra rembourser la totalité de ses frais d’inscription, sur présentation d’une preuve officielle de refus.
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour les annulations reçues après le 18 juin 2019.
