  • The rental of each stand is conditional to the acceptation by the organizing committee of BÉNÉFIQ.
  • The location of the stands and the twinning will be decided by the organizing committee of BÉNÉFIQ based on availability. Your exact space will be announced to you later on.

EXHIBITOR ACCREDITATION
 
The reservation of an Individual Stand entitles you to two (2) accreditations.
The reservation of a Group Stand entitles you to one (1) accreditation.
The reservation of a Stand for start-up entitles you to one (1) accreditation.

If payment is made by credit card, it will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on your credit card statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is made by cheque, an invoice will follow shortly with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice. All payments must be in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850, or by email benefiq-exposition@agora-event.com
. Requests for modification of location options are considered as a cancellation and, therefore, cancellation fees apply. The following cancellation fees apply to any contract cancellation or modification requests by the exhibitor:
  • 50% of the total amount of the contract if the cancellation request is recieved by the organizer before or on August 1st, 2016
  • 100% of the total amount of the contract if the cancellation request is recieved by the organizer after August 1st, 2016
The refund will be processed after the event.
