Cancellation Policy

We understand that the unforeseen can prevent you from attending the Sommet des experts en TI 2021 (SITI).

However, for an efficient management of registrations, we would appreciate being notified of any cancellation of participation, by email to the following address siti2021@agoraopus3.com and this even though registration for SITI 2021 is free.

CONSENT TO DATA DISCLOSURE AND USAGE

By registering for the Sommet des experts en TI 2021, I consent to receive electronic communications regarding the event and to have my information disclosed to the Organizing Committee when necessary.

By having access to the lectures presented during the event, I understand that a "participant" profile will be created for me. Therefore, I consent that my first name, last name, title and organization appear in the participant directory, and to share this information with exhibitors and the organization.I also agree that my interests and preferences may be used to perform intelligent networking on the event platform.

I have been informed that there is a possibility that the organization will take screenshots and make audio and video recordings on which I could appear during the virtual Sommet des experts en TI 2021. The organization takes this material and makes these recordings for purposes such as:

replay on demand
commercial, educational use,
upcoming activities and events,
promotional material such as print and electronic materials, and
for its website and its social media platforms.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Before submitting your registration, please make sure to read the information below regarding the use of the event platform.

1. The platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer, you will have to use one of the following browsers : Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox ou Microsoft Edge (most recent version only).
2. In order to enjoy a pleasant and complete virtual experience, your internet connection speed should be above 25 Mbps. Use the following link to check your connetion speed https://fast.com/
3. Streaming of this live event will consume approximately 1GB/hour of your internet data.
4. Roundtable discussions allow you to interact with other participants as you would face-to-face. Access to a camera and microphone is strongly suggested in order to make the experience optimal.
5. Technical support will be available at all times during the event.
