Excursions' registrations are now closed.
Transactions by credit card will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on the credit card holder's statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is requested by cheque, an invoice will follow with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice, in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850 or by email at igu2018@agora-event.com.
Participants who cancel on or before July 6, 2018, will be refunded minus $100 CAD administration fees. The refund will be sent after the event. There will be no refund for any cancellation after July 6, 2018.
