The Trade show will be held from September 20 to September 22, 2015. Coffee breaks will be served within the Trade show area as well as the Ice Breaker and Exhibition Reception. All booth locations will be awarded on a first come first served basis.

Reservation procedure:
  • Each selected booth space will be billed at the end of the form.
  • Only available booths can be selected. Booths which cannot be selected are already reserved.
  • Once your space is selected, you have 3 minutes to complete the form and payment. Once this delay expires, your booth space will be released.


Transactions by credit card will appear as AGORA COMMUNICATION on the holder's statement. You will receive a confirmation within a few days. If payment is made by check, an invoice will be sent with the necessary information. Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. All payments must be drawn from a Canadian bank in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Cancellations must be sent in writing, either by fax at 1 418 658-8850 or by email at Registrations cancelled on or before July 1, 2015 will be refunded, less $200CAD administration fee. The refund will be processed after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation received after July 1, 2015
