It is my responsibility to take care of my own safety by taking the necessary precautions during my travels and activities in the field. I commit to take on my own responsibility any incident that may occur during the geological tour organized by the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association.
 
I agree to respect the safety rules and all the rules applying to the activity, as well as to respect the instructions of the organizers and / or the host. It is my responsibility to look after my property and the property of others, I will not be able to hold the organization or the host responsible in case of loss, theft or breakage of my property.
 
I also commit to show respect for the equipment of others and the buildings on the property and to return any items that do not belong to me.
 
I am also taking into account that the organizers undertake to enforce the safety rules they have established to avoid any danger. A participant who refuses to respect the established rules and who can affect his safety and the progress of the activities will be the sole responsible.
** For participants in the Fosse Canadian Malarctic Geological Tour: You must bring your safety shoes or boots, rental will not be available. If you are participating in this visit, select the last option of the drop down menu above.

If payment is made by credit card, it will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on your credit card statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly.If payment is made by cheque, an invoice will follow shortly with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice.All payments must be in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.
