Membership Fees
To benefit from the members registration rate, you must have renewed your membership for 2021. If you are uncertain of the status of your membership, please contact us at info@cagpo.ca.

*After registration, your membership status will be verified and extra registration fees will be billed if need be.
If payment is made by credit card, it will appear under AGORA COMMUNICATION on your credit card statement. A confirmation notice will follow shortly. If payment is made by cheque, an invoice will follow shortly with the pertinent information. Payment must be received in full upon reception of the invoice. All payments must be in Canadian dollars (CAD) and drawn from a Canadian bank.

Cancellations must be sent in writing by email at mcbedard@agoraopus3.com.

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, minus a $150 administrative fee, any time until September 3rd, 2021. The refund will be processed after the conference. There will be no refund granted for any cancellation received after September 3rd, 2021.


By registering for the CAGPO Virtual Annual Conference, I consent to receive electronic communications regarding the event and to have my information disclosed to the Organizing Committee when necessary.

By having access to the lectures presented during the event, I understand that a "participant" profile will be created for me. Therefore, I consent that my first name, last name, title and organization appear in the participant directory, and to share this information with exhibitors and the organization.

I have been informed that there is a possibility that the organization will take screenshots and make audio and video recordings on which I could appear during the virtual event. The organization takes this material and makes these recordings for purposes such as replay on demand, commercial, educational use, upcoming activities and events, promotional material such as print and electronic materials, and for its website and its social media platforms.
